Commercial Manager
Dunstable Town FC Ltd are looking to appoint a volunteer Commercial Manager to help drive the continued growth of the commercial activities of the Club. This role will give the opportunity to demonstrate sales experience by creating sponsorship opportunities for the Club (match sponsorship, perimeter boards, programmes advertisements), relationship management with existing sponsors/partners and networking with local businesses.
The successful applicant will receive support from the Club’s directors and should be able to work independently and be an excellent communicator.
The successful applicant should also understand the principles and philosophy of fan/community owned football clubs and our guiding principles of providing a long-term sustainable future for the Club.
Dunstable Town FC are a Community Benefit Society and operate as a social enterprise. Our pioneering work in the field of mental health was recognised by the Non-League Paper who made us their Community Club of the Year 2024.
We provide over 20 hours of support every week to over 150 people through twelve different groups, which we run either independently or in partnership with NHS organisations and charities.
We’re owned by our supporters, belong to the Community Owned Club Network of the Football Supporters’ Association and are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We’re asset locked so all profits are re-invested into the Club & the local community.

Blue Card Manager
All our individual owners are eligible to apply for a free Lifestyle card to enjoy discounts and benefits nationally. Closer to home though we have negotiated a series of discounts at local shops and restaurants for our owners. We want to expand the number of local businesses we partner with to reward the loyalty of our owners. Do you have the skills to be the person who can both sign up and look after local tradesmen and businesses prepared to sign up to the new Blue Card scheme?
Club Reporters
As a Community Benefit Society, our community activities have equal importance as our results on the field. Between Monday and Friday, we concentrate our energies on our community support groups but when Saturday & Sunday come it’s all hands on deck to support all our football teams at whatever level they play. We’re looking for someone who can report on the Club’s community activities and keep our fans up to date with what we’re doing.
Club Ownership Recruitment Manager
As we continue to grow, we now need someone whose sole responsibility is to increase the number of individual fan owners.
Club Secretary & First Team Match Secretary
To manage the Club’s affairs with the FA & the Spartan South Midlands Football League.

Steward
Safety Stewards are at all times responsible for the safety and comfort of spectators attending Dunstable Town matches at Creasey Park. ​The role will be on a part-time and voluntary basis at this stage.

Boardroom Assistant
The successful candidate will be working in the boardroom, meeting and greeting our guests and looking after them during their stay at Creasey Park. You will be the happy smiley face that represents Dunstable Town to the opposition officials, referees and other visiting dignitaries.​ The role will be on a part-time and voluntary basis at this stage.​
