Women’s Walking Football

This new activity for women started on Thursday 6th February.


From 7pm - 8pm at Beds FA, Tithe Farm Road, Houghton Regis.

Women’s Recreational Football

Sessions are all about growing female football participation, improving fitness, offering an alternative way to exercise and continue to enjoy the game in a relaxed, welcoming environment away from competitive leagues.


If you used play but haven't for years due to life, work, children etc or if you have never played but fancy giving it a go, this is the ideal session for you.
